(closed from Noon - 1:00 PM for lunch - no supervision)

The Town of Vestal Recreation Department invites you to spend a morning, afternoon, or both in the Park. A variety of crafts, games, literature, and special events are provided. Make new friends and create new memories. All supervised playground activities are free and open to boys and girls ages 5 and up. Children younger than 5 years are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by an adult. 

Inclement weather sometimes forces us to close the parks. If a storm arrives during the program hours, for safety reasons, we will close the playground and send the children home. If it appears to be an all-day rain we may close the playground. We may also close due to extreme heat warnings or smoke. Please make sure you check our website for updates if there is a question if we will be open. The playground program will be closed on July 4th for the holiday.

Register Online 
Create an account with your household information and add all the members of your household. Next, register for the playground that your child wants to attend. By registering online and filling out your cell phone number, we can text you on any program updates. (esp. due to weather closings). The playground program is a free drop-in program and even though the participants may not choose to attend every day, it is required to register.

All Day Park Sites:
All day parks close from Noon - 1:00 PM and there is no supervision during lunch hour.

9:00 AM - Noon & 1:00 - 4:00 PM

1/2 Day Park Sites:
Half day parks close at 12 PM and there is no supervision after that time.
