Waterman Day Camps

Migration Movers
Can you imagine packing up and moving your home twice a year? The effort is worth it for many of the animals we see passing through our back yards and forests every year. Spend the day at the Waterman Center learning, hiking, and exploring the fascinating world of migrations.

"Day Camp" at the Waterman Conservation Center is an exciting adventure filled program, open when school is closed. The program is run during the fall and winter. A well-trained staff will lead children in a variety of outdoor nature activities.

Participants must provide their own transportation. Please be prepared to spend most of the day outside, hiking trails, and dress for the weather. Campers should be sure to have a water bottle and packed lunch. No food will be prepared or served on premises. Pre-registration is required.
