Construction has begun on the Choconut Creek Bridge on Route 434 West (near Town Hall Road). It is a NYS DOT project, and construction is expected to continue through the Fall of 2027. Lane closures and new traffic patterns will occur, and there may be delays. Please consider alternate routes. Town Hall Road is currently not accessible from Vestal Parkway West. For local traffic, please take Front Street. Although it is an inconvenience, the work is essential to ensure the continued safety of the bridge. In this, and all construction zones, please drive slowly, be alert, and be cognizant of the construction workers at the location. They rely on you for their safety.
